SIP Citizen Service Center recently launched the Saturday appointment service in a move to enhance administrative service efficiency and facilitate exit-entry permit processing. Through online booking and smart queuing, this service can significantly reduce on-site waiting time.
Applicants can visit SIP’s one-stop administrative system using their mobile phones, and then follow the on-line guidance to select a time slot and make an appointment.
During the same reserved period, the on-line appointment is prioritized over that made on site, and each appointment allows adding up to 2 companions, enabling multi-person processing in one booking.
An appointment can be made within one week before the preferred time plots, and on-site appointment remains available, starting from 8:30a.m. in the morning and 1:30p.m. in the afternoon.
