The Songbei Siji apartment project is set to come into service in August. It is the third market-oriented centralized rental community under Hengtai Star Room, a brand of SIP Hengtai Rental Housing Co Ltd.

The project, with a land area of about 30,000 square meters and a total floor area of 120,000 square meters, will offer 850 rental housing units that will give about 2,000 people a home.

Specifically, there are 381 whole-unit rental apartments, 102 co-living units, and 367 serviced apartments (operated by Ascott).

As planned, the residential buildings are surrounded by supermarkets and convenience stores, gyms, cafes and eateries that can meet the tenants’ needs for daily necessities and recreation.
