SIP’s Loufeng Sub-district runs a comprehensive governance center with high standards in an effort to maximize convenience for resolution of contradictions and disputes.

Located at No. 59 Dongzhen Road, the center consists of a one-stop reception hall, four mediation rooms, six service windows, and several rooms for other functions, integrating public legal services, non-litigation services, complaint response, social contradiction mediation and resolution, and other services.

The local police station, comprehensive law enforcement department and other authorities dispatch personnel to work at the center on a long-term or regular basis. And 24 full-time grid supervisors visit residents to learn about their needs for help in resolving disputes.

Additionally, the center organizes various events frequently to spread legal knowledge among the public.

Moreover, the center has invited two private mediation organizations and two industrial mediation committees to provide professional services for resolution of disputes in marriage, consumption, property management and other aspects. It has established an intelligent governance system to join the efforts of multiple organizations to ensure efficient settlement of disputes.
