Microsoft’s Suzhou AI Innovation Center in SIP kicked off the sixth “Fulcrum Acceleration Camp” under the company’s innovation empowerment and ecosystem acceleration program on May 27, providing a series of tailored services to give 40 projects a leg up in their growth.
The innovation center has incubated 290 businesses since its establishment seven years ago, giving a number of high-quality scientific and technological innovation projects and leading talents a helping hand in their development.
A total of 40 projects from emerging sectors such as artificial general intelligence and digital economy gained entry to the camp after months of selection across the country.
A signing ceremony was held concurrently for eight projects to be introduced into SIP. These projects are expected to achieve breakthroughs in innovation of cutting-edge technologies such as digital twin and AI algorithms, and thereby boost high-quality development of SIP’s AI and digital industries.
An award ceremony was held to celebrate outstanding participants and partners of the previous camps.
