The Department of Industry and Information Technology of East China’s Jiangsu province recently released the 2025 list of advanced smart factories recognized in the province. Three companies in SIP’s Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District made this list.

Innovent Biologics, which is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing innovative drugs for the treatment of cancer, metabolic, autoimmune, ophthalmic and other major diseases, won a place on the list for its intelligent biological medicine factory that meets international good manufacturing practices. The factory boasts all-around application of a large automatic, intelligent pharmaceutical engineering system, and also high-degree digitalization in R&D and equipment, energy and environment, supply chain and marketing management.

Suzhou ELE Electric Co Ltd is a global leading intelligent electrical and electromechanical equipment manufacturer, specializing in leakage current detection technology, wiring devices, smart home systems, wires & cables, and household water pumps. Its leakage current detection products factory demonstrates an exemplary practice in intelligent manufacturing based on the industrial Internet technology.

Norautron Suzhou Co Ltd, another company on the list, has created flexible intelligent production lines integrating AI, Internet of Things and industrial Internet technologies for clients engaged in shipbuilding, medical products, renewable energy and other sectors.
