An event was held in the Dushu Lake Campus of Soochow University in SIP on May 26 to offer internship and job opportunities to graduating students in the school.
At the event, 44 companies engaged in biomedicine, semiconductor materials, intelligent manufacturing and other sectors offered over 500 job vacancies on 150-plus positions. Many students submitted resumes and interacted with the recruiters.
Related local authorities gave the participating students specific introductions to SIP’s incentives for young talents to seek innovations and launch their own businesses, the do’s and don’ts that they should pay attention to when signing a labor contract, and SIP’s policies on social insurance and provident fund.
SIP Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Soochow University jointly inaugurated an employment service station at the Binglin Library in the campus to provide students with consultancy on career planning and job seeking.
The service station provided advice on career planning, resume writing and interview during the event.
