Wu Hong, deputy secretary of the CPC SIP Working Committee and director of SIP Administrative Committee, met with Michael Smith, chief executive of Hongkong Land, and his contingent on June 24, discussing details about further cooperation.
As a member within Jardine Matheson Group, a Global Fortune 500 enterprise, Hongkong Land is a listed property investment, management and development group. It is teaming up with SIP in building the Suzhou Central Plaza and a Mandarin Oriental hotel by Jinji Lake.
During the meeting, Wu extended welcome to the guests and gave them an introduction to SIP’s development concepts and plans, hoping Hongkong Land will continue to invest in SIP and promising that SIP will offer it great support.
Michael Smith expressed thanks to SIP authorities for their support, saying that Hongkong Land attaches great importance to its projects in SIP and hopes to deepen strategic cooperation with SIP in commerce and trade services, cultural and tourism consumption, and other aspects.
