The EDC China 2025 transformed the over 200,000-square-meter lakeside venue into a canvas, creating an immersive artistic scene unprecedented in the history of music festivals.
The kineticFIELD, the main stage designed by a world-class team, became an instant sensation on Internet. The Goddess Gaia, a towering statue, swayed her mechanically articulated arms to the beat, synchronized with lasers, flame and fireworks.
The circuitGROUNDS stage boasted a huge 360-degree LED wall, while the stereoBLOOM featured an avant-garde industrial-style design and the roving boomboxARTCAR stage ignited the revelry with its huge sound system.
The event brought together 123 artists in 76 groups, of which 82% were from overseas, including many globetrotting headliners such as The Chainsmokers and CARTR. The performances averagely lasted 12 hours each day, and a total of 464 songs were staged. The song “Do It To It” even sparked dozens of 10,000-strong crowd singalongs.
